 Secure Backup
After logging in SBS, select files/folders and right-click to use [Secure Backup]. A new folder containing compressed and encrypted copy of all the files can be generated.
SBS Login Password is used as the key in the encryption process.
SBS Locks are automatically added to created files to represent SBS compressed and encrypted state.

SBS Self-Backup
By using SBS Self-Backup, you can obtain a copy of the latest SBS System File that contains all SBS System data for full recovery of the Secure Backup System (SBS).
Just back up the latest SBS System file periodically so that Secure Backup System (SBS) can be fully recovered even when your computer is totally damaged.

Decrypt *.sbs Files
After logging in SBS, select *.sbs files and folders containing *.sbs files, and then right-click to use [Decrypt Selected (*.sbs)] to decrypt them.

Backup Reminder
It periodically alerts you to back up data based on your pre-set schedule.

Secure Zone
Totally 3 Zones (Zone-1, Zone-2 and Zone-3) are provided for keeping your important data of different named subjects.
Keep all your passwords, bank account detail, secret data and so on, under one of the Zones for secure storage and quick access.

SBS Auto-Logout
For security purpose, Secure Backup System (SBS) can be set to log out automatically after a pre-set period of idle time.

1024-Bit Secure Encryption
  Most vendors in the IT security market only provide 128-bit encryption technology that is liable to be decrypted by high-end computers and experienced hackers. AvailaSoft adopts a more advanced and secure solution in Secure Backup System (SBS). The encryption processes of Secure Backup System (SBS) are implemented by using 1024-Bit encryption technology. The speed of our encryption and decryption technology is so fast users can hardly feel the delay.
Super Compression used in SBS
  All *.sbs files created by SBS are compressed by the most sophisticated technology. The compression ratio can be up to 96%. This means that a large file/folder of 100MB can be compressed to be around 4MB. However the compression ratio will depend on the type and content of the files.
Password Protection Shield
  Password Protection Shield starts up automatically to protect your password entry during logon of any applications including Internet banking, e-mail, online communication and so on. It prevents your password entry from being captured by hackers.
Icon Processing Technique
  Our Icon Processing Technique makes Secure Backup System (SBS) user-friendly and convenient. SBS Locks are automatically added to icons of the created files to represent SBS compressed and encrypted state (Icon Processing Technique) for easy viewing and retrieval.
Password Processing Technique
  SBS allows you to change your SBS Login Password any time, without worrying those old SBS files (*.sbs) encrypted by your previous SBS Login Passwords. Under Secure Backup System (SBS), the latest SBS Login Password has the greatest jurisdiction (power) that can open SBS files (*.sbs) encrypted by those old SBS Login Passwords. After logging in Secure Backup System (SBS) by the latest Login Password, SBS will have the right to retrieve those old SBS Login Passwords from its SBS System File (*.sbf) to open those SBS files (*.sbs) encrypted by old SBS Login Passwords.
